We make every effort to minimise any inconvenience to you and your family, and to progress the job as quickly as possible, so that you can then enjoy your completed home. Our professional team is always courteous and considerate, both to you and your family, whilst working in your home.
Q. Are Steve Kennedy Constructions job sites kept clean and tidy?
A. All of our job sites are kept at a high level of tidiness with regular clean ups and rubbish removal throughout the construction period. This makes for a more pleasant and safe work environment for our tradesmen and in the case of a home renovation or home extension, where the owners have chosen to stay in their home, it is absolutely vital that the site is kept clean and tidy. We work diligently to minimise the inconvenience to our clients, during this period.
Q. How long before Steve Kennedy Constructions starts on site after a permit has been issued?
A. We normally commence construction within two weeks of permit issue, after consultation with our clients.
